How could therapy help me?
There are times in life when we all get stuck. We often know what we should do but for whatever reason we opt not to do it. We may ignore or avoid our issues for some time before eventually we have to face them. This is when therapy can really help.
As a therapist I like to establish early on with you ‘where you are now’ and ‘where you would like to be’ Once this is clear we can work our way through your options together focusing on your aims.
My ideal is that you leave with greater clarity and purpose, feeling your life is back on track.
