Sue has over 35 years of experience managing and working with large groups of staff and supporting them in delivering high quality front line services. She has worked at Director level for over 15 years and has also worked successfully as an independent management consultant for several years.

 

Sue has an executive coaching & mentoring qualification, and for the last three years has been gaining relevant experience by coaching and mentoring for the Prince’s Trust; The Housing Diversity Network and coaching individuals to successfully redefine their purpose and find new careers. Sue is a lead mentor for the Princes Trust secondary school programme and also a member of the Regional Leadership Group for Mosaic (part of the Prince’s Trust) that focuses on inspiring young people to succeed in life and go on to become successful entrepreneurs and members of society
